Massage- 2 hour Traditional Ayurvedic massage healing with potent herbal oil $150

Indian Head and Shoulder Massage 30 min- $50
Beautiful relaxing massage, like a big sigh of relief! Massage includes acupressure points for deeper healing. Special head oil is used to improve memory, calm the mind and prevent grey hair and nourish hair roots. |
ShiroDhara 60 min- $85
Mini head and shoulder massage followed by continuous stream of herbal oil poured upon the forehead (3rd eye) for deep relaxation. Gives relief from stress, anxiety, insomnia, high blood pressure, hair loss, mental imbalance. Rejuvenates your brain and balances the endocrine system, the pituitary and pineal glands (for hormonal imbalances). There is an additional cost of $85 for 1 litre of Shirodhara herbal oil for your initial treatment, this is your oil to keep for subsequent treatment (last 3-4 times) |
Takra Dhara 60 minutes- $85
Herbal medicated buttermilk decoction is prepared. Mini head and shoulder oil massage followed by continuous stream medicated buttermilk decoction is poured upon the forehead (3rd eye). Benefits Pitta disorders due to its cooling properties, for psoriasis of scalp, high blood pressure, mental stress, migraines, prevents greying of hair and hair loss, relaxation. Bashpa Sveda 30 minutes $35
Full body herbal steam chamber, opens microscopic channels. Benefits relieving body aches and pains, neuromuscular, bone problems, stiffness. This treatment must follow herbal oil massage to release deep seated toxins that have accumulated in your body. 
Patra Pinda Sveda 1 hour treatment is $95 plus $45 for 4 herbal poultices
Oil is applied first. Then fresh hot poultices made of fresh crushed leaves of eranda and other herbal ingredients that are roasted in castor oil are massaged over joints and relieving muscular tension. For chronic muscular pain and stiffness, sprains, cramps. For rejuvenation. |
Nadi Sveda 20 minutes $35
Localised herbal steam to unblock channels and remove toxins. Herbal oil is applied first. Good for joint pains, aches and strengthening tendons and ligaments. 
Shastika Shali Pinda Sveda 1 hour treatment is $95 plus $45 for 4 herbal poultices
Rice boluses cooked with strengthening herbs, milk and decoctions. Your body is applied with oil then massaged with the hot poultices. Beneficial for hemiplegia and other degenerative muscle diseases such as multiple sclerosis and muscular atrophy. It improves muscle tone and nourishes muscles as well as pacifies Vata. |
Kati Basti 1.5 hour–$140
Retaining oil over the lower back region with the help of a vessel prepared by black gram dough. Benefits sciatica, lower back ache, muscle spasm and rigidity of lower spine and strengthens the bone tissue in that area. Back Massage included. There is an additional cost of $30 for herbal oil on your initial treatment, this is your oil to keep for subsequent kati basti (last 3-4 times) 
Pizhichil 1 hour- $90
This is a combination of oleation and sudation therapy. Effective treatment for Vata dosha without Ama. Body is massaged by pouring hot oil continuously over the body. Tones back muscles and relieves stiffness of the back. Good for nervous system There is an additional cost of $160 for 2 litre of herbal oil for your initial treatment, this is your oil to keep for subsequent treatment (last 4 times) 
Jambeera Sveda 1 hour $90
Lemon and herb poultice massage with herbal oils indicated for osteoarthritis, intense pain and stiffness of back, muscular spasms, ligament strains and joint pain. Plus $30 for 4 herbal poultices,

Upanaha Sveda- $40
A hot freshly cooked paste of herbs, oil and fresh ingredients applied over your aching joint/muscle/bone and wrapped with castor leaves and a bandage to hold tight. Remains on the area for 3 hours to deeply penetrate and relieve the area. You can leave as soon as the herbal pack is secured on you. Great for knee pain, osteoarthritis, sprains, joint pain etc. 
Akshi Tarpana 30 minutes – $60
Herbalised ghee is retained in a reservoir over the eyes made by dough of black gram. Heals eye problems, eye dryness, cleans eye, and improves vision. 
Valuka Sveda 1 hour $85
Dry hot poultice with rock salt or hot sand are padded over your back or joints. To remove congestion from the lungs and dilate bronchioles. Asthma, mucous etc. Also for some joint problems. Valuka sveda includes oil application prior to treatment. There is an additional cost of $30 for medicical oil and Rock salt poultices for your initial treatment, this is your oil to keep for subsequent treatment (last 3-4 times) |
